The IP20 protection rated industrial-grade metal housing of the PROFINET connector provides the necessary robustness and can thus be used in almost all industrial sectors. Thanks to the EasyConnect® quick connection technology, the RJ45 connectors are installed in just one step, and this applies to both solid individual wires and stranded wires. The practical colour marking of the contact elements makes possible connection errors avoidable. The 700-901-1BB10 RJ45 connector can be used, for example, for PROFINET components with a cable length up to 100 m with a transfer rate up to 100Mbit/s.
